It’s great when we sleep like a baby during the night AND in the morning we feel fresh and we look healthy. Have you noticed this? 1. Uncomfortable position affects night’s sleep

Reason number one is your uncomfortable position. It’s great when you share a bed with your partner but if you still have an uncomfortable position, you can’t sleep well.

2. Mind overload

If you have worries in your head and your mind is overload you can’t sleep all night. This results in bad dreams, a bad mood and bad look!

3. Coffee

What you don’t need before sleeping is coffee because this will keep your eyes open during the whole night. This happens to me so I decided to forget about coffee after 6 o’clock. Or, just reduce the coffees and drink only 2 coffee mugs in the day so you will fall asleep like a baby.

4. Alcohol

After coffee, you must forget about alcohol because this will make you feel insomnia and you will spend all night with your eyes open watching movies. Byt what about morning? How will you stand up and be prepared for work???

5. Laptop on your bed affects night’s sleep

To be honest, I didn’t know this. I thought that if you hold the laptop on your bed, it would happen for the laptop to break down but never heard before that this affects your night’s dream. However, don’t do this before sleeping and be protected with good sleep.

6. Lighting

Lighting also plays an importnat role in sleeping and you must turn off the lights if you want to get asleep faster than usually!!!

7. Wrong air temperature

Wrong air temperature affects your sleep so it’s better to sleep in a room with cold temperature.
